GENERAL INFORMATION

BAGAGGE ALLOWANCE

 

  •  A standard free allowance is 20 kg per passenger
  • No bags more than 32 kg will be accepted.

 HAND BAGGAGE

Passengers are restricted to one item of hand luggage only. The item should weigh no more than 5 kg.

 It is strongly recomended that fragile and valuable items such as cameras, computers, jewellery, cash and medicines be kept in your hand luggage. 

 

The current restrictions for liquids, aerosols and gels from ICAO and in effect in most many countries are that they must be in containers 100ml or equivalent, placed in a transparent resealable plastic bag with max capacity 1-litre. At screening, plastic bags should be presented apart from other carry on items.

 FREE ACCESORY

  • Woman’s handbag or packet

  • A laptop maximum thickness of 15 cm

  • A coat or blanket travel

  • An umbrella or walking stick

  • A camera or binoculars

  • A pair of crutches, walker or other orthopedic device

 

LOST/DAMAGE/DELAYED LUGGAGE OPERATORS  POLICY

  • In the case of lost/damage baggage, passengers should notify it to his Tour Operator/Airlines station supervisor immediately.

  •  CHECK IN
  • Please arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time.

  • Check-in close 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

  • Passengers with disability or travellers with small children shall check in no later than 90 minutes before scheduled departure time.

  • Any passengers arriving after check-in closes will not be allowed to board the plane.

  • No ticket refund of exchange will be possible.

  • All passengers included children and infants must have id documents with picture.

 TRAVEL DOCUMENT

  • In order to travel you must have a valid passport with you.

  • You must also bring your Tour Operator Flight Coupon with you. This is your boarding pass.

  • Before  journey, the passenger is bound to submit such Travel Document as required by law and regulations of a country of disembarkation and overfly, and, he is bound to respect laws and regulations of such countries. In the case when the passenger fails to obey same, or when his travel documents are not correct, the Carrier may refuse to carry the passenger without responsibility for any aftermath.

  • Passenger must make sure he has the correct documentation (any visas, identification and so on) to allow him to enter his destination country. This is the passengers' responsibility.

INFANTS

 Infants less than 2 years old by date will not have a seat on the aircraft but when exceed one day they shall have a seat. With one adult can travel only one infant.

 

 UNACCOMPANIED CHIDREN SERVICE

  • Unaccompanied minor is a child at least 5 years of age but less than 12 years of age or 16  may travel on their own after paying a special fare; they will travel on the responsibility of their legal guardians and on condition that they were seen to the airport of departure by an adult. Such adult is bound to submit to the Carrier a written statement (on a legal formular) that an adult is awaiting the child at destination. Should no adult await the child, the cost of providing care over the unpicked up child charges the person who brought the child to the check-in desk. The Carrier may request to be presented a document stating the child’s age.

  • Children under the 5th birthday categorically may not travel without an adult minder.

 

SPECIAL CARE PASSENGERS

Passengers who need special care and parents travelling with babies are requested to say their needs to airport personnel early enough as special procedures and safety procedures take longer.

 

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES:

  • Should inform Travel Agent and Carrier about their disability at the moment of reservation if they will need special services.
  • Disable Passengers are obliged to check in for the flight not later than 90 minutes before scheduled departure time.
  • Are accepted with accompanied person only if they have special medical recommendation, which will be provided to air crew. The Carrier allows for the carriage of guide dogs with their masters,in the passenger caabin.

 

PROCEDURE OF THE CARRIAGE OF THE PREGNANT WOMAN

  •  Up to the 35th week of pregnancy travel  is permitted, subject to a doctor's certificate, not older than 7 days, declaring that you are fit to travel by air. Travel on Enter Air before 26thweek is permitted without doctor’s certificate
  • Travel after the 35th week of pregnancy is not permitted

  • In plus passengers will not be accepted in their return if they are in the above limitation.
     

TRANSPORT OF LIVE ANIMALS

  • Airlines accept animals/pets (only dogs, cats, and little singing birds) for carriage on aircraft. Other animals are not accepted

  • These animals are accepted in IATA type container, which are 45 × 35 × 23 cm, and the passengers should provide these boxes. and weight of pet not more than 5 Kgs. including the container, also certificates of pets are required (Vaccination certificates and health regulations of the concerned country should be respected).

 

SMOKING ON BOARD

  • All flights are non-smoking.

 

USE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT DURING THE FLIGHT

  • All electronic equipment and gadgets transmit electromagnetic waves that could influence some of the aircraft's equipment.

  • If passenger is uncertain wheter he may use his advice, kindly enquire from flight attendant.
